Objective: 

  • Scale operations to achieve profitability by increasing revenue and decreasing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) within the next six months. 
  • Focus on optimizing our recurring revenue model through inbound channels. 

2) Invest in the Team

Objective:

  • Post 3 job descriptions by 05/06.
  • Conduct interviews with 10 candidates by 05/15.
  • Complete 4 paid trial projects by 05/20.
  • Hire two qualified team members by 05/31.

3) Enhance Visibility

Objective:

  • Deliver two public speeches by the end of this month, ensuring at least one is recorded to enhance our digital presence.
  • Develop and launch a personal portfolio site by 05/20, (leveraging one of the paid projects mentioned above)
